Downtown Shopping at the 16th Mall Denver, CO

Even before being opened as a unique pedestrian and transit mall, the 16th Street had always been Denver's shopping hub and home to the four biggest department stores. The concept of the mall was formulated by Pei Cobb Freed and Partners.
