Downtown Shopping at the 16th Mall Denver, CO

Even before being opened as a unique pedestrian and transit mall, the 16th Street had always been Denver's shopping hub and home to the four biggest department stores. The concept of the mall was formulated by Pei Cobb Freed and Partners.

The mall runs for 1.25 miles from the Union Station to the Civic Center Station. It houses the best brands and is known especially for the rattlesnake design on the road tiles. The mall also offers an exciting Mall Ride which is a free shuttle service and is extremely popular.
