Visitors do not have bragging rights from a Denver vacation until you pay a visit to Denver Pavilions - an entertainment and retail complex. The complex is home to 40 fine shops, appealing restaurants, and fantastic entertainment venues. A theater and a bowling alley are included. Denver Pavilions has everything that one expects to find.

You can locate the retail and entertainment center on the 16th Street pedestrian mall right in the heart of Downtown Denver. Due to the excellent location, convenient public transportation and private vehicles can take you to the center with ease. Parking needs to be considered for driving visitors. Denver Pavilions Parking Garage offers easy on-site parking for downtown area's office workers and tourists. Denver Pavilions provides nearly 800 underground parking spaces. You can have access from the entrance on Welton Street between 15th and 16th Avenue. Other 200 surface parking spaces are offered through the access off Glenarm Street. After parking your car at the garage, elevators can take you directly into the Denver Pavilions.

Parking less than 10 minutes is free. Parking between 11 minutes and 1 hour will cost $4. A total of $8 will be charged for parking between 1 hour and 2 hours, while another additional hour will result in $12. Parking over 3 hours in a business day costs $14. A flat rate of $7 is available if you enter between 5 PM and 5 AM from Monday to Friday. This flat rate can be also applied to all day exit before 5 AM on weekends. During the Christmas season, the Pavilions Parking Garage usually offers special parking rates to lure shoppers to the downtown shopping mall. A considerable amount of parking fees can be saved if you have your parking ticket validated with any merchants, restaurants or the movie theater at Denver Pavilions. Validation can be given without a purchase from many merchants. Remember to ask even if you're just window shopping.

It's good news that valet parking is now available for Denver Pavilions customers. You can drop off your car on Glenarm Place between 15th St. & 16th St. by the crosswalk. Event valet parking usually begins at 5 PM. But the hours may differ to fit for early events at the Paramount. The regular cost is $15. Validation parking rate will be $5 or $7.5 if you get validations from any participating merchants.

Metered street parking can be found around the Denver Pavilions on 15th Street and nearby cross streets. Street parking is ideal for short visits less than two hours. You can pay with credit cards or new smart cards. On-street parking rate is $1 per hour with a maximum of 2 hours from Monday through Saturday. The hour is from 8 AM to 10 PM. Overnight parking is not allowed. Metered street parking is free on Sunday and city holidays.
