Dirty carpets - a security guard was in needed - no healthy food provided in continental breakfast
They did not provided breakfast - the room hadn't renovated - noise all night - cans and litter at the parking lot - rooms were very used - the fan in bathroom did not work - it would be cleaner
Wi-Fi was useless - old room decor of 90's - the hotel had upgraded the room and fixed the Wi-Fi
The room was safe enough for a night stay - the staff was attentive for guests' needs
The staff was trying to change the reputation of the hotel - the card key did not work - only one window with a poor view of garage wall - loose wires sticking out of wall - only one light worked

The restaurant staff was polite and accommodating to our needs - the shuttle service made the stay at the hotel convenient - the room was very nice - free Internet was supplied

Perfect location, Denver Zoo minutes away - the room had a kitchen - comfortable beds - the outdoor swimming pool looked nice
