- Ticket Checkers (responsible for greeting guests, monitoring the ticket taking process, directing and answering overall facility questions)

- Ushers (responsible for greeting patrons, checking tickets, conducting guests to their correct seats and answering overall facility questions)

Most of the internships are unpaid. Applicants need to be college students who will receive academic credit for the experience. Paid summer internships are also available at ticket sales department open to both students and recent graduates.
