University of Denver is an oldest co-educational private university located in the United States. It was founded in 1864 by John Evans as a Methodist institution and was named as the Colorado Seminary. In 1880, it was renamed as the University of Denver. It is situated in the Rocky Mountain Region of the United States. The main campus spread over 125 acres near the Denver town.
Apart from the traditional undergraduate programs, the University of Denver also has some Graduates programs as well. They are Natural science, mathematics, Arts, Humanities and social science. The University of Denver currently enrolls about 11000 students every year of which about 5000 are undergraduates and the ratio of women to men is 53:47.
